Hello sPHENIXians,

The 2024 RHIC/AGS Users' Meeting (AUM) is this coming week and I have been requested by sPHENIX to give a talk on the sPHENIX Run 2024 Status.     The talk (see the Indico agenda below) is scheduled for Thursday, June 13, 2024 in the morning.

https://indico.bnl.gov/event/22687/

The draft slides are posted below.     Note that the talk is 20 minutes + 5 minutes (Q/A).     Also, since this talk will reflect the very latest status, there are luminosity curves that will get updated, and I will be including the detailed TPC next step plans.

https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/me/requests/6ed9fca0-cbec-4900-98d2-465d2b3e0ed3

The talk is intended to accurately reflect where sPHENIX stands in terms of our physics goals for the  run, and at the same time to convey the hard work of the collaboration (particularly in 1008) and the excitement about the physics data we are (and are  going to  be) taking.    Comments  via Invenio are most welcome.    My understanding is that a practice talk will be scheduled by  sPHENIX  - likely on  Tuesday, June 11, 2024 after the  SCM.

Sincerely,

Jamie
