These are the outcomes from today’s BCO meeting. 

We will have another meeting tomorrow after the SCM. 

Outcome

1. INTT timing offset calibration

• Update on the calibration module so that it can run prior to the event combiner — Jaein will work with Chris to put this into the input manager
• Streaming readout offset for FPHX BCO is tentatively determined to be ’23’. Genki will followup for further confirmations and Chris will add this to the production codes 

1. INTT pool update : Done with refining the pool to recover the full data structure. Martin will make a PR as soon as things are cleaned up.
2. INTT streaming readout BCO difference in the first 7x k events

• Existing data —> skip low BCO values in the event combiner
• For future, Raul working on the script to flash data (but already have a workaround)

Parallel event combiner

• Made a fix in the packet QA to clear out containers for BCOs much less than GL1
• Will update the tagging efficiency plots

Outcome & HW

1. INTT timing offset calibration

• INTT experts (Jaein, Joseph etc.) will start working on automated pre-pass offset calibration in triggered mode
• INTT experts (Genki etc.) will study and show the verification on the offset in streaming mode 

1. INTT pool update : Martin will verify the updates with more runs and work with Sam to deploy in the main software
2. INTT streaming readout data integrity 

• Sam found phases of INTT streaming readout data similar to Takashi’s finding
• Could be handled in the event combiner — no changes needed
• In parallel, Raul will try to make a fix with manipulating the time of flashing data

Parallel event combiner

• Very good progress in parallel running per readout unit — much faster than before
• Inconsistent result in INTT BCO matching — needs to be investigated
• Need to rewrite the functionality to calculate the “all” FEE matching

As there are a lot of things to be addressed, we will try to focus on shorter updates and resume the work into subgroups in offline.

• INTT pool/decoder + towards streaming readout functionality (Martin, Raul, Sam, Dan, Chris)
• TPC/MVTX BCO matching efficiency + parallel event combining (Thomas, Joe)
