Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Hello sPHENIX shifters, experts and other important folks,

I believe our fridges in 1008 may be fostering new life forms—possibly even entire civilizations. These ecosystems appear to be thriving on leftovers, questionable condiments, and at least three types of mysterious sludge. To prevent adding interspecies diplomacy as an item to our shift change meetings in the future, I will conduct a full-scale fridge cleanout Friday evening (it's an exciting life on watch shifts). If you have anything of value hiding in either of the fridges (or freezer)—like your vintage kombucha cultures or precious sourdough starters—please rescue them ASAP. Failure to do so will result in unintentional relocation of your microbial friends to the nearest biohazard bin.
