Ok, I’ll circulate it soon.
From: Feder, Russell <rfeder AT bnl.gov>
Rich Go ahead and circulate. It's plenty strong enough like the MVTX fixture. Just check that the eye bolt is rated for at least 3X the max weight lifted (6X Sectors plus fixture weight) Russ

No, I haven’t circulated it yet. I was getting a design approval in this thread.
Russ, should I circulate this now or do we need to do some stress calculations first?
Rich
From: Pontieri, Chris <cpontieri AT bnl.gov>
Rich I know this was a checking print that was sent around, have you gotten any approvals? I think the SEPD team will require this stand in order to start putting together the sector/strong backs.

Christopher Pontieri

Hello All, Updated assembly drawing attached, and I send order lists for -0025 & -0030 to Frank and Chris.
Rich From: Feder, Russell <rfeder AT bnl.gov>
Rich Great! Thank you. I can see you added the holes for handles in the strongback plates. We have to order correct QTYs of 16, 17, 18 from -0025 and all of the 80-20 and hardware on -0030. Rich...can you put this full order together on McMaster and then send to Frank and Chris? Russ

Hello All, Attached is a completed assembly drawing of the 80/20 Petal Carrier, Sector Frame & Sector Frame assembly. Please look these over and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Thanks, Rich

sEPD team The attached PDF was everything in the last McMaster order that was all for sEPD. I am %99 sure this was for the support structures (larger hardware) and the sectors (smaller hardware). The box of all this was given to the Lehigh team a few weeks ago and you should have it all. Let me know if

Hi Russ and everyone, After yesterday's meeting and our meeting this morning, we have a few questions to set our schedule's:
Handles on the petals (I attach Rich's picture): We will need to modify the petals for this, is that something that will be done here? What is the time scale. We will assemble 1 of the strongbacks with sectors asap to ensure everything works, but would not want to do this with the other's prior to the modification. --> Rich is working to get the drawing to us in the next day or two. Then we can drill and tap the petals next week. We need to order the handles and get them in because the screw that clamps the handles to the strongback are screwed in from the tile side.
sEPD "bike rack": Once we assemble the sectors into the petals, we will need to be able to put them some place. It would be good to know the time scale for approval, order and arrival for this. --> Rich is working on finalizing this. I will ask him to send the preliminary BOM so we can order the 80-20 and other hardware.
SiPM Box installation: We probably should have a dedicated discussion on this, some additional hardware will be needed. (For instance, the standoffs.) --> I am trying to figure this out too. Will try to have some answers by Friday
McMaster Orders: Micah, JaeBeom, Tristan are doing inventory - it would be good to have the list of McMaster parts already ordered to check off what we have. --> OK, I will send you what I have
