Here are the minutes from this week’s sEPD meeting.

All strongback parts are at the lab.  Two problems were identified with the test assembly - the clip screws are too long, and the connector brackets are too short.  The newer shorter clip screws have already arrived, and during the Tuesday engineering meeting it was decided to get correctly sized brackets rather than use spacers.  The test-assembled sector will be disassembled and all the strongback plates will be drilled so the handles can be mounted.  The drilling is Carter Biggs is the technician assigned to us.  Micah is in regular contact with him and things are going well.

Rosi is going to meet with CEM this week to handle that order.  The SiPMs are at the lab and will be sorted into gain matched lots very soon.

Once the electronics box is assembled we will need to test it carefully to make sure the channel mapping is correct.  The individual sectors have already been tested with light and all channel mappings there are correct.  There are some issues to follow up on like the ribbon cables and the power cables.

The cosmics tests are going well and are expected to be done this week, prior to JaeBeom departing for Hard Probes.  All the key information is in the slides.
