I put a detailed log entry in the sEPD e-log, but the bottom line is that we need to do more work on the LV and there are operational issues that need to be understood with the bias.

We should have LV by tomorrow EOB, and limited use of the bias until next week depending on how much progress I can make, but I am time limited until Monday.
