Hi Eric,

Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to reply to this.  John H and I were able to debug the system and get everything up and running.  So AFAIK the LV is working just fine.  Once the DAQ is up and running again, Tristan will exercise the system and see if we have any issues.  (i.e. what % of channels have life in them right now).

that we need to do more work on the LV and there are operational issues
that need to be understood with the bias.

We should have LV by tomorrow EOB, and limited use of the bias until 
next week depending on how much progress I can make, but I am time
limited until Monday.
