sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi Everyone

    This is a reminder that we will have a regular sPHENIX simulation
    and software meeting on Dec 22, 1PM ET

    It is so far empty - I'll prepare some slides about the status for
    the mdc. The production has stalled a bit - the tpc sim part takes a
    really long time and jobs do time out after 3 days. Under these
    conditions there is not much of a point even starting with the
    central event processing where the average number of tpc hits is
    much higher.
    Therefore I would like to get some input on the pp sims (we need the
    vertex distribution and the anticipated collision rate) targeting
    first the sims we need for the micromegas.
