Hi Chris,

Thanks for bringing this up. I can confirm that I noticed this last night as 
well. It seemed to be temporary on certain files though. For example, I tried 
to compile something which accessed our json folders, it didn't work the 
first time with an IO complaint but it succeeded a few minutes later (I then 
ran into IO errors on other files:

../HFMLTriggerHepMCTrigger.C:4:10: fatal error: 
/cvmfs/sphenix.sdcc.bnl.gov/gcc-8.3/release/release_new/new.2/include/phhepmc/PHGenIntegral.h:
 Input/output error
 #include <phhepmc/PHGenIntegral.h>

I'm not sure if this helps the investigation, I'll move to the OSG source.
