Hi folks,

I changed the setup script so xrootd is now used to access dCache files 
instead of dccp. We have x10 more active slots for xrootd access so this 
might alleviate the pain a bit. Since this is a change in the setup 
script previously submitted jobs won't see this but new jobs should be 
able to run right away.

I hope this helps until lustre works for analysis jobs
