Hi all,

As we start up this meeting it is not surprising we will have some irregularities.   Martin informed us that on the biweekly pattern of this week, there is a direct conflict with the DAQ mtg  at 1-3 Wed including this Wed.   So we will change again our Calorimeter Calibrations mtg back to its originally scheduled time of Thursdays at 4pm for this week after all.   Also we will therefore probably try to keep THIS cadence going forward, with the Thursday time being in the weeks when the Hcal meetings are not.  And Wed/Thurs/Wed Thurs after this week.  Then we will hopefully also try to keep the DAQ mtg and this Calo Calib meeting synced up in this way going forward.

See you Thursday (again)!  The same agenda link and same zoom link (see below)  will still apply to the new time.  Chris Pinkenburg made the zoom link to work for either day so it will always be the same.

Hello,

Apologies for the switch but we have not quite arrived at our steady state yet with our new Calorimeter Calibrations Meeting, and for several reasons, we will meet again this week on Wed 1-3pm again instead of the Thursday 4pm previously announced.   After that, the alternating schedule of Thurs 4pm/ Wed 1pm/ Thurs/Wed (...) should start.    I also note that both Emcal and Hcal meetings met last week so they are now apparently synced, and therefore this current week will set the biweekly meeting cadence that is opposite those weeks.
