Hi folks,

our conditions DB interface xpload was updated. In the past this has always created headaches when running macros using previous builds since it insisted on finding a particular xpload lib version (didn't matter if it was actually used or not).

This will happen one last time today - for the future I hardcoded the library version number which will avoid these loading problems.
