Hi folks,

in preparation for the workfest, I went over the online monitoring and 
made some long overdue changes (it also didn't compile with gcc12):

1) I moved the running mean classes to their own library (onlmonutils) 
so they can easily be used by other subsystems.
2) The MBD (and mbdll1) monitor was renamed to Bbc (including all 
classes and macros), it is now under subsystems/bbc. In our software we 
have been using exclusively bbc, this makes this consistent to avoid 
confusion.

jenkins now runs cppcheck and I took care of all cppcheck warnings 
(nothing major but many of our sources had one or the other issue). 
Before you start working on it, please make sure your fork is up to date 
with respect to our repository. You don't want to deal with merging 
conflicts.
