Hi folks,

as mentioned in Fridays GM - we have condor issues which are very likely 
related to our jobs.  I am looking into yet another hickup and had a 
look at the running user jobs. It looks like our instructions how to set 
up and run condor jobs are basically unknown (ignored?). Please stop 
using handme down random condor job files and have a look at our wiki:
https://wiki.sphenix.bnl.gov/index.php/Condor
and check if your condor job file follows the guidance. We are hard 
pressed to run the production of the incoming data, and if new jobs 
don't get started - it's a very high priority item. Basically in case of 
condor problems, the threshold to kill off user jobs which don't follow 
this guidance is really low.
