sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

going forward we will not have tons of nodes idling. We need resources 
for the production and are redoing simulations for the ppg's which will 
keep us busy for a while. Please use the recipe in
https://wiki.sphenix.bnl.gov/index.php/Condor#Limiting_the_number_of_running_jobs
to limit the number of concurrent jobs your are running. This way you 
can still submit as many jobs as you need to run without worrying that 
it impacts sPHENIX's operations
