Hi Tom et al.

Per discussion today, I've updated my slides to reflect the correct gas - Ne CF4 50:50.  The MIP peak for this gas is ~72e/cm instead of ~50e/cm.  Folding in updates to the beam splitter/coupling, we expect to be able to reach strip yields of 4xMIP, though with reduced headroom compared to the previous expectation.  I've attached my updated slides -- the new MIP/stripe calculation is on slide 6, and the revised light budget is on slide 11.
