Dear All,

It was suggested at internal review of AC/DC system (LV,
HV, etc) held in June that it would be useful that we make
an outline of the GND scheme of subsystems. I have been
slow on this, but now I came up with a rough sketch on this.

In the end, we should make an integrated, much sophisticated
drawing. I appreciate any comments/feedback.
