Sorry I had to leave the meeting a little early yesterday. I don’t think we had a chance to discuss the HV cable model and lengths, so I am attaching some slides to this email and will be uploading them to the indico as well.
Best Regards, Connor

Dear All,
-Ross ========== Stony Brook University
Anyone, if you have a procurement, call it out! Tell Ross, Tom, and >>Ed<< Bob Azmoun will forward the direct laser attenuator PO to Glenn when he has it. Bob will do vacuum (voltage?) test of QE of aluminum to confirm what laser power we need. Chris will ask James about the status of the TPC transportation sled (not cart) is. Connor will check in on the status of the rack panel layout with Joe. Connor will forward the TPC Support Structure Xometry quotes to Tom, so he can click 'purchase' when budget is stable (Tom just clicks buttons). Connor will integrate FEE Cooling lines (1" diam) into the cable routing diagrams (away from TPC toward the recirculator) Connor will keep the picture frame handy so it can be put on before cabling (Coordinate with Mike Lens) Connor will look for places where survey marks could be placed (to meet with survey folks before the end of July). Connor will work on the gas line routing to the TPC WW. Connor will wrap up the model he showed on 3/2. Connor, Rich, and Chris will work on putting together an installation document (likely starting with the design review ppt) to help Chris P. (This will also be part of the 'must have' documentation). This will be priority once the parts orders are out. Connor, Rich, and any others with Xometry or similar quotes for Support and Installation items will send pdf or similar copies of the quotes to Tom. Dan will contact James Eksi, and ask him to produce the faux-ceramic disks for testing. Dan will reach out to the TPOT folks and seek a proposal of how they plan to connect to the TPC cooling. Dan will revise the stand-offs for the controller board. John C. will consider where we want to put accelerometers (and strain gauges) in order to monitor vibration of the TPC during transport and operation. To be discussed late in the process (July?). John H, Jim M, and others will think about what high-level documentation we want, and when it is needed. Julian will work with Dan to revise and complete the dremel fixture for the CM Kristina will confirm that both cables have a suitable length to around the necessary number of times, by confirming it fits in both extremes of rotation. Kristina will follow up with Nanomotion about getting an FPGA. Kristina will follow up with Tom/Keith about details of designing a flex cable. Possibly a zoom conversation with Tom, Keith, Dan. Rich will order a couple Cylindrical rollers (or all of them, if that makes sense) so Chris R can test how much force is needed to move them. (how to pay for these?) Rich will present the lift (using a strap on the open end of the tube and the front plate on the other side) when possible. Rich will purchase Duff Norton jacks fromGrainger. Rich will reach out to Alex Korel to see if we need to capture the sling on the open end in order for the lift to be 'safe'. Rob will keep us posted on gas rack news. Ross et al. need to identify a way to survey the finished CM. (Discussion with the C-AD survey folks maybe? Matt Illardo) Ross will reach out to Rob on gas rack news via email. Takao and John H. will make a 'field trip' to Stony Brook to talk about how to mate their side of the cabling to our side. Maybe early next week (last week of March) Takao or John H. will give updates on the Slice Test. Takao will report back about first articles for the LV cable harnesses (3/9) Tom et al will discuss the QLI desire for a nanomotion motor on Friday's Laser meeting Tom et al. will test voltages for the HV cards once the x-ray box is ready. Resistors will be purchased after this test (they are a negligible cost overall) Tom will contact Debrecen about the waveform pickoff for the bottom GEM / photodiodes, to see their status (and whether we need a backup plan) Tom will keep working on the paperwork for prefunding of the support and installation structures Tom will try to identify any TPC engineering tasks that still need to be addressed. When needed, someone should make the drawings from the models, get approval, and order.…Connor says ~2 weeks required after we start the process. May want to tie additional things onto the panels, so want to complete routing before purchase.
