I have committed some changes to the tracking section of the pCDR.

I added a simulations section for the silicon tracker (section 4.5.1). The text needs to be fleshed out yet, and some of the plots are still placeholders from earlier simulations with the revised MIE design. I will work more on it tomorrow.

I made an editing pass through the silicon tracker overview (section 4.3.2). Note that figure 4.2 needs to be updated. The

There should be a plot showing a mass spectrum for Upsilons in AuAu. This is not really a tracking performance plot, but maybe it makes the most sense to put it in the silicon tracker simulations section anyway. It needs to go in the document.

There seems to be some problem in section 4.4.2, which starts out describing details of the silicon tracker and suddenly switches to details of the TPC half way through. I did not have time to track it down yet.
