Ming,

Today is exactly two weeks before the actual review, we should post it 
as soon as possible.  The other chapters are in a fairly good state, and 
this one might be sufficiently good to serve as an introduction for the 
committee with some cleaning up.

I'm sorry I can't make it to the tracking workshop, but there are too 
many other demands right now.
