     Thanks for the information. I strongly encourage you to develop a
    Project file for the MAPS project following the instructions I
    forwarded to you and Mike McCumber a few weeks ago. You can
    presume that you are successful in getting the LDRD and start the
    planning with that basis.

We are working on a LDRD pre proposal this week. We need get the first endorsement from upper management before writing a full proposal.
