Dear Tony,

Followings are progress we made as of now:

- s1 silicon : 320um thick are delivered.
   240um is expected to be delivered by the end of the month.
- We will start design work with HPK for s0 and s2 sensors. Meeting
   is scheduled on Feb.1st.
- HDI : resolved copyright issue. Now we are in the final process of
  clearing technology export regulation in US side. This is I hope the
  last evil to beat to move on to the public bidding.
- HDI simulation @ LANL : There is a conflict to send money to LANL
   pre-payment or post-payment. RBRC office found a way to do the
   pre-payment of the work. The final tweak is to be carried out between
   account offices to pursue.
- FPHX chip : Eric is in contact with FNAL to get SOW for probing and
   he is expecting to have it by the end of January.

To me, there is no reason to hold the meeting this time if we are the
only one to report.
