Hi Tony,
Following our discussion last simulation meeting.
The reconstructed vertex is off in Z direction.
Which is likely caused by the shift of the TCP cluster in Z.
I did some tests. It seems the TPC cluster shift is caused by the asymmetric shaping time and our current simple center of gravity method.
If I change the shaping time to be symmetric: 25ns leading and 25ns tailing.
The TPC clusters would be centered at 0.
Jin suggested that we could add some correction for that shift for now.
In the future, we should use some fitting to substitue the simple CG method.
Cheers,
Haiwang
