Hi all,

As discussed at the tracking meeting this morning, I am including a pointer to the calibration script that Cameron wrote that generates local alignment parameters files. If you have some familiarity with python and fstring, it's fairly easy to write up functionality to set one layer to have the same translations and rotations. I am happy to sit down with anyone who wants to take this on and share my experience.
