STAR Correlations and Fluctuations PWG

Dear Hanna and Xiaofeng,

I rechecked the analysis codes and find a code bug, after correction the 
updated results differ from the last presentation by 4.5%. Details can be 
found in the attached slides. 
If possible I would like to update the requested preliminary plot.
