Hi All,

Xiaofeng Luo's tenure as co-convener of CF is coming to an end. With this email we are therefore

calling for nominations for his replacement. Please feel free to self nominate and/or suggest other members 

of the group that you think would make good conveners of CF. It is useful to us if you provide a brief 

explanation on why you think you/they are a good candidate but it is not required. We ask that you provide

 names to us by Nov 30.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Xiaofeng for his continuous efforts in this PWG over the past few years, particularly the work 

he has done shepherding the fluctuations results through to publication. They are a critical component of 

our Beam Energy Scan program.
