Dear Nu and Hanna
If time possible, I would like to give a update on " proton-Xi correlation function at fixed target ". Please find my detail information below:
1.1) Analysis topic: Measurements of proton-Xi Correlation Functions in Au+Au Collisions from STAR Fixed-Target Experiment
1.2) Requests: Proton and Xi embedding data for 3.2 GeV with P23id, 3.5-3.9GeV with P23ie.
2.1) Paper state: We are still in the analysis stage.
2.2) Physics points: Explore the hyperon-nucleon (Y-N) interactions in Au+Au collisions at high baryon density region and the collision energy dependence of the particle emission source size at the moment of freeze-out.
2.3) Timeline: paper proposal in 6 months.
3.1) I would attend the meeting online.
3.2) Measurements of proton-Xi Correlation Functions in Au+Au Collisions from STAR Fixed-Target Experiment
Best regards,
Jing An and Yingjie Zhou

Hi All,
Since we have not received any discussion items for today?s meeting, I suggest one topic:
CF-PWG discussion during next STAR Collaboration meeting March 18-22 at BNL:
Please let us know of the following:
(i) Your analysis topic, timeline, request(s) such as embedding ?;
(ii) Your paper status, physics point(s), timeline, ?;
(iii) If you plan to attend the meeting in-person or zoom, presentation title
We will start to collect these info and preparing for the PWG report at the collaboration meeting.
Many thanks,
Hanna and Nu

Dear Conveners,
I will be traveling during the meeting time today, but here is my
information:
*(i)*
- Analysis topic: Fixed-Target Proton High-Order Cumulants from 3.2-4.5
GeV
- Expected timeline: Finish analysis within 3 months, form paper
proposal in 3 or 4 months, write analysis note and paper by 5 months, and
request GPC.
- Requests: Reproduction of 3.5, 3.9 and 4.5 GeV with updated ETOF
goodEventFlag. Urgency needed for embedding request 20234101.
*(ii)*
- We are still in the analysis stage.
- We plan on publishing midrapidity (-0.5<y-ycm<0) proton cumulants at
sqrt{s}=3.2, 3.5, 3.9, and 4.5 GeV in a short paper, targeted for
publication around 1 year from now.
- We plan on following this up with a long paper focusing on these same
datasets, including scans of acceptance and correlation functions. That
paper would be targeted for ~four months following the short paper
- Finally, we also plan a long paper on Fixed Target proton cumulants
from sqrt{s}=3 GeV - 7.7 GeV, in which we will analyze cumulants away from
midrapidity at the highest energies due to limited acceptance. This is
aimed for publication two years from now.
*(iii)*
- I will attend the meeting in person
- I can give an update titled "Recent Updates on Fixed-Target Proton
Cumulants Analyses at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 3.2, 3.5, 3.9, and 4.5 GeV"
Please let me know if more information is needed for the PWG report.
Thanks!
Zach
