Hello Kishora,
Your slides are already in good shapes. I sign-off with the following comments.

Slide#3: Add details on the sources of systematics and centrality determination (try to avoid STAR terminologies).

Slide#4: "Understanding initial fluctuations"
I am not sure how much we can learn about "initial fluctuations" from the odd v1 measurements. I would change it to:
"Understanding initial state" or "Understanding initial state in rapidity direction"

Slide#5: "Particle formation time are" --> "Particle formation time is"

Slide#7-10: Why did you choose to show 0.5<|y|<1.0 ?

Slide#7:
"Zero crossing for central (0-10%) collisions: pT~1-2 GeV/c"
-->
"Sign change for central (0-10%) collisions at high pT"

Slide#8&9: You put many details on the thermal model -- I think you should put a comment on the results. Even saying "It predicts positive v1 at all pT" or something like that would suffice.

Slide#10: "Shadowing (or absorption)" needs a reference.

Slide#10: "in all observed" --> "at all observed"

Slide#10: "Baryon-meson dependence" --> "Baryon-meson separation"

Slide#11: "(NCQ) scaling is observed at low pT" --> "(NCQ) scaling holds best at low mT"

Slide#12: "low-pT" --> "low-mT" I think.

Slide#13: I would add a concise version of bullet no. 3 on slide #8 & #9 where you show the AMPT results.

Best,
Prithwish
