The UrQMD results with mean-field describe K- v1/v2 results well, but not for K+.

I have no clear answer.

The mean-field in UrQMD is baryonic potential (Skyrme-potential). 

It directly affects baryons but is a secondary effect on mesons (production with resonance).

Yes, we have added the 4.5 GeV results into the plot.
