Dear FCV PWG colleagues 
We will have our weekly FCV PWG meeting on this Wednesday morning 18/Aug/2021 
9:30AM in BNL (NY time zone) at our usual time and place. So if you have anything to 
present, please let us know and please post your slide by Tuesday. We already have

one request from Chenlu that was left over from the last week. 

We also have an additional information about the coming STAR collaboration meeting 

to be held in the middle of the September as attached below and as announced last week.

agenda page below. Please also keep in mind that all the preliminary plots should have 

already been there in the summary area below.

[Subj] : FCV PWG sessions in STAR collaboration meeting (13-24/Sep)

Dear FCV PWG colleagues

We will have a few parallel sessions in the 1st week (13-17/Sep, Mon-Fri) of the 

STAR collaboration meeting (online), where the 2nd week (20-24/Sep, Mon-Fri) 

is mainly for the plenary sessions.

We are expecting to hear the recent status of your active analysis from everyone, 

so please send us the topics/title of the talk and name of the speaker for the 

presentations in the parallel sessions. Depending on the number of requests, 

we’ll decide the number of sessions and date/time by coordinating with other 

working groups in addition to our usual time slot on Wednesday morning. So, 

please send us your request in your earliest convenience, so that we can try to 

finalize the session program within 1-2 weeks.
