Dear Fuqiang
Thank you very much for the very nice summary of CME activities from the
early days up to now in STAR. I see this is still quite challenging to get
the
signal out. I do not know this talk is to present all the star activities on
this front
or to show your perspectives, but since this is (for the STAR collaboration)
as I
see in your title page, I thought it would be nice for you to touch/add a few
more
trials/plots as we have some more preliminary results on R2, SBF and Dumbbell
variables, where they are integrating charge asymmetry within an event in
stead
of taking all the pair combinations of all the events, where I still hope
that we
might have different sensitivities between different methods on the various
different types of signals, especially between "large domain and less
frequent”
or “small domain and more frequent” signal cases, even for the same signal
fraction, where you might have some other opinions on this, though. Of
course,
is up to you to decide including some more plots in your talk or not. Anyway,
this
is already very nice talk, so I sign off, (if needed). Thank you.
