Dear Prabhupada,
You draft is already in a good shape. Here are my comments on the latest version of your proceedings. With these included I sign off.

abstract:
proceeding --> proceedings or contribution

"to the transported quarks effect" --> rephrase like "..contribution from the transported quarks.." (transported quarks effect is not clear)

line 2: "collision provides" --> "collisions provide"

line 4: Add "the" before final-state & remove "produced from the medium formed in the collision"

line 5: "initial state of the medium and its properties" --> "initial stages and hydrodynamic evolution of the medium formed in such collisions"

line 8: Comma missing after "Here", "nth" --> the nth", "proxy of" --> "proxy for" & add "(\Psi_R)" after "reaction plane"

line 14: Add "quantities characterizing the" before "transport properties"

line 15: "Therefore, ....model" --> I don't understand this, why do we need to measure v_2 & v_3 simultaneously? It is not clear from this para. Which reference says this ? Cite it again at the end of this sentence. If this is about constructing the ratio v_3/v_2^{3/2} and therefore you need both -- make it clear here.

line 18: Remove "so" and start a new sentence. Remove "the" before "least".

line 19: "considered excelled" --> "considered as excellent"

line 19 and everywhere: "initial stage" --> "initial stages" & revise the sentence accordingly.

line 19: "In BES-II" --> "During the RHIC BES-II program"

line 20: "better dE/dx" --> "extended pseudorapidity capabilities, better particle identification"

line 22: "The collision event statistics" --> "The statistics of the event sample". "at 19.6 GeV" --> "for Au+Au collisions at √sNN=19.6 GeV".

line 23: "precise" --> "more precise"

line 27: "= pT x \phi - weight" --> "is applied to take care of the non-uniform acceptance in pT & \phi".

line 28: "factor" --> "factors for", "is the" --> "is obtained from the"

line 29: "Details on" --> "The details of". "\phi-weight can" --> "\phi-weight estimation can". "in [5]" --> "in Ref. [5]" (optional comment)

line 31: "with \eta" --> "of \eta". Also, "hemispheres" is not a good choice here but I don't have any good alternatives in my mind. Maybe "sides".

line 32, 47: Avoid starting sentence with symbols except for the captions (optional comment). Add "Here".

line 33: Do you have a reference for "The...BES-I measurement"? If not and this is from your analysis then say "We find..."

line 53 & everywhere: "ncq" --> "NCQ". Add "i.e." after "v3" on this line.

line 54: remove comma (,) after energy.

Line 60-62: This is the first time you talk about 14.6 GeV data without any reference. It reads a bit awkward as you didn't allude briefly in the earlier sections of this proceedings. Therefore, please add a sentence in line 60 before you talk about 14.6 GeV data "In STAR collaboration, we have also analyzed 14.6 GeV data from BES-II program (results not shown here)". Also, cite a reference or a document if you can.

line 64: I think you need a hyphen (-) between "hydrodynamics & motivated". Also, add "of v3/v_2^(3/2)" before "ratio".

line 66 & other places: "weak" --> "a weak"

Figure captions: "centrality events" --> "centrality classes" or "centrality selections"

line 72: "internal degrees of freedom" add "valence" here or say "valance quark content" to be more clear.

line 74: "may be due to the initial eccentricity in the colliding system" --> "driven by the centrality dependence of initial ellipticity"

line 75: "expected from the event-by-event fluctuation" --> "expected to driven by initial state fluctuations". This is better as this includes nucleon, sub-nucleon, e-by-e geometry that lead to v_3.

Best,
Prithwish

Dear Prabhupada,

Nice proceedings. I have a few suggestions for your consideration:

abstract: add a space between KS0 and Lambda
remove 14.6. You are not showing anything from this energy.
The hydrodynamically motivated ratio ... is presented as a function of pT

line 11: If Psi_n is event plane here, then you need resolution factor
in equation 2

line 13: remove initial

line 16-17: To overcome this problem, --> I don't understand the
problem here. I think you mean multi-strange hadrons are not affected
by late stage hadronic rescattering. Could you rephrase the sentence.

line 19: You could elaborate/specify on the detector upgrades and
increase in number of events here.

line 24-26: I think the "𝜙 − 𝑤𝑒𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡" is the inverse of dN/d𝜙 right.
First define it then say it is used to flaten the event plane.

line 26-27: Please rephrase it.

line 28: Add the the eta regions of sub-events?

line 35: particles and anti-particles --> Mention particle species here.

line 48: define what is modified ncq here

line 53: this could be due to the effect from transported quarks

line 61: weak dependence on pT above 1.5 GeV/c

line 68: because its dominant cause is --> may be due to the initial
eccentricity ....

line 70: because its main cause --> because it is expected from the
event-by-event fluctuation ....

line 72: which can be attributed to ...

I sign off with these addressed.

Thanks and regards,
Subhash
