STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Dear FCV Experts, We are pleased to announce that Zhenyu Chen of Shandong University has agree to serve as the new co-convener of FCV with Prithwish and Subhash

 in place of Jiangyong. Prithwish, Subhash, Jiangyong and Zhenyu will discuss with the PWG exactly how and when the handover will take place.

We thank Zhenyu for agreeing to take on this extra task for STAR, and also warmly thank Jiangyong for all the work he has done helping 

coordinate first BulkCorr and then the FCV PWG these past few years, including helping steer to publication several key results from STAR.
