Thank you very much for your help.

 Due to my previous email, I did not have the authority to reply in full. I have written a new one here.

I have revised the slides according to the rehearsal's suggestions and uploaded the file as follows:

 As I am about to travel to Houston, it will arrive around the afternoon of the 3rd local time.
