Thank you so much for your suggestions. I have implemented them in the 
revised draft of the proceedings at the same link: 
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/node/66076 (ver-2).

In order to stay within the prescribed word limit, I have rephrased the 
first paragraph. I hope the changes look good.
