Comment:
Nice abstract. I have few suggestions:
- Title: at the high baryon density -> with high baryon density
- The first two sentences look obsolete and redundant to me. I suggest to  
remove them;
- Last sentence of first paragraph does not connect with the previous  
sentence;
- Please rephrase the motivation part to make clear why the measurement is  
important and why BESII program is ideal for those measurements
