All the experimental talks (except for the first 3 in the eTOF session) are 20min presentation

to have enough (10min) discussion, so please stay on time. Please also see the earlier

Dear STAR CF PWG colleagues
As many of you know that we are having eTOF+BES-II workshop at BNL very soon,

on 3-6/Dec/2024 (Tue-Fri), although we are still waiting for the plans from FCV and

LFSUPC PWG speakers, the following is the current agenda at :

I would like to know if the planned talks from CF PWG could fit with your schedule or

not. Please let me know, if you have conflicts with your other schedules. All the theory

talks are already fixed and we have open sessions including these theorists in the middle

2 days (4-5/Dec, Wed-Thu), so we expect only (close to) preliminary results could be shown

and discussed in the open days, please discuss/consult with your conveners for more details,

as we are asking these theorists not to copy the talks from this workshop. Therefore, please

be aware that we might still need to move some of the talks with the premature results to

the closed sessions on Friday, if necessary ...

please plan to come to BNL for in-person discussions, if possible, although we will also

have usual zoom connection for remote participation as well. So please go ahead to register.

Thank you very much for the active participation to the workshop for the successful workshop
