Dear Subhash,
Thank you very for your nice comments and suggestions. I have submitted the updated slides on Drupal page and also sharing the link to the same
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/presentations/68th-DAE-SYMPOSIUM-NUCLEAR-PHYSICS/Measurement-directed-flow-high-baryon-density-reg-0
In this presentation, we are only showing results that have already been preliminarily approved.
Regarding the net-kaon minimum, we are still working on some theoretical model calculations to finalise the physics interpretation.
For the light nuclei (p and d) v1 slope, it generally follows approximate mass number scaling at lower energies. However, as you correctly pointed out, particularly for tritons, we observe a deviation from the mass number scaling behaviour as we move from 3.2 GeV to comparatively higher energies like 4.5 GeV.
Thanks and regards,
Sharang

Dear Sharang,
Nice slides. I have a few questions and suggestions:
Could you point to me if you have any new candidate of preliminary,
that will be shown for the first time?
s#3: suggest to remove "Predicted" from first bullet, because I
believe it is common for all the bullets? and they will probed using
BES data.
s#4:You can also mention the mu_B corresponding to beam energy of interest.
s#5: left figure, can you make the labels for individual particles
prominent like you did for the rhs figure.
s#7: "Signature of 1st order phase transition" --> I don't think we
should say, this is the signature of 1st order PT. You can rephrase it
as, predicted signature for softening of EoS near 1st order phase
transition. Then also add a reference of the study (Stoeker et al ?)
"No minima for net-K" --> not sufficient data to locate possible
minima for net-K using BES-I data or no minima observed for net-K with
BES-I data
BTW, do you know what do we learn with minimum of net-kaon, any theory
predictions?
"Approximate mass no. scaling" --> perform mass number scaling with
precise BES-II data (because for BES-I uncertainties are quite large,
central values for p and d are opposite)
you can probably rephrase suggested wordings accordingly
"Nucleon coalescence" --> test of Nucleon coalescence, because it
seems the triton is clearly not scaling with A, right?
s#9: add a reference for JAM model,
the legends for JAM seems blurred in my screen.
when you say "JAM with mean-field gives better description to the
experimental data", can you point out which scenario is favored than
the other, NS2 vs MD2?
s#11: "No requirement of Kaon potential" --> I think better to say,
kaon potential is not necessary or not a necessary condition
#12: "Might be a signature of 1st order phase transition" --> May be
we can rephrase it as "the connection with changes in the Equation of
State (EoS) is to be explored"
"JAM mean-field gives a better description ..." --> can we say
anything on preferred compressibility parameter?
ps: I believe Drupal is back, and you can upload your updated presentation.
Thanks and regards,
Subhash

Dear convenors,
I hope this email finds you well. I am experiencing difficulty
connecting to the server to upload my presentation for the conference,
as it has been offline for the past two days. Therefore, I am sharing
my presentation slides here in this email thread for your kind review
and valuable comments.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know of any comments
or suggestions. Once the server is back online, I will promptly submit
my slides there as well.
Thank you very much for your time and kind consideration.
Thanks and regards,
Sharang Rav Sharma
