Hi Jianing,
Is this file named T-Board_v1.pdf the "final" schematic for the T-Board?
If yes, then I can use the signal names on it for the cable documentation.

Hi Gerard,
Thanks for the comments.
I'll try 4 layers to make the T-board smaller. Surely, the geometrical
shape can be optimized if needed.
The mismatch between the two connectors has been there in the original IST
design, and I also don't know why. But currently, I have modified the
connection to make it consistently in the updated version. Please refer to
the attachments to find the schematics for hybrids and T-board.
