Dear Zhenyu and All,
The APV footprint is exactly the same as that used in IST. There are 14
thermal conductive vias of 0.203 mm aperture for each chip, the detailed
location can be found in the attachment.
As for the actual design of hybrid, we plan to use the same one as IST. And
we will confirm it after the company start to work. The design in detail can
also be found in the attachment.
