Hi Zhenyu,

As discussed in the meeting on Sunday, BNL will assemble the prototype 
T-Boards and solder them to the Inner Signal Cables for the test stand.  We 
ordered 10 cables as requested but there are only 6 bare T-Board PCBs 
available.   
We'll assemble one board, test it, then assemble the other 5.   Can we wait 
until the first cable/T-Board assembly is confirmed in the test setup before 
ordering the remaining T-Boards for the test cables?  I think this depends on 
when you need all 10 cable/T-board assemblies completed.  Either way, there's 
probably not much risk if more prototype T-boards are ordered now.  I assume 
the plan is to order the actual 36 (plus some spare) production T-Boards 
after the prototype board is fully vetted in the future test setup.

Attached is the modification instructions for the Patch Panel boards.  Let me 
know if you have any comments.  We should start this in a few weeks.
We'll test the individual boards after the modification and the fully 
assembled panels should be tested in the future test setup.
