Hi Zhenyu,
        It is good if we can connect a spare IST module, if that is working.
	However the ARM can work fine without APV chips too, and I can make it make 
dummy data too if needed, so I think for just checking the ARM backend, ARC-II, 
crate, DDL, and DAQ software we don't need a frontend. That's the way we should 
start - but then if all is ready plugging in a frontend will be good as a second 
step.
