Dear Zhenyu,

Slide 2:
166.7 mm (not so accurate) is actually the Distance from the origin to the
edge of APV25 footprint, which is measured manually. The bright yellow arc
with radius of 166.7 mm is placed as a reference.
In addition, it seems that the APV25 pads are very close to the footprint
edge. The distance I just measured manually is roughly estimated at 0.6 mm.
And these values have been updated in the document.

Slide 3:
The positions of the chips correspond to the center of their footprint (the
same footprint used in IST). I think it's also the center of APV25 chip
(Maybe not, I'm not sure about that).

P.s. The APV25 chip assembled on hybrid in IST and its footprint are shown
in the attachment, which maybe helpful for easier understanding.
