Minutes:

Attendee: Michael Capotosto, Jianing Dong, Yu Hu, Te-Chuan Huang, Han-Sheng 
Li, Prithwish Tribedy, Yi Yang, Zhenyu Ye

News:
1. Hamamatsu is ready to ship baby sensors and test structures
2. Working on Statement of Work and contract for module assembly at Fermilab
3. Contacted people for IST cooling system maintenance 

Hybrid, T-board and inner signal cables:
1. will buy female connectors for T-board assembly from SDU because of the 
long delivery time from US. After agreeing on the numbers of connectors, 
Jianing will place the order, and expect to receive them in 8-10 weeks. She 
will send the female connectors to BNL for T-board assembly
2. Jianing will send the final designs of hybrid and T-board to vendor 
tomorrow, and expect to receive the actual pieces in 3 weeks

Mechanical structure:
1. Yi will sign the contract with the vendor next week. Expect to receive two 
3D printed modules in 10 days. Will send one to UIC for module assembly 
discussion with Fermilab. Expect t receive the actual modules by the end of 
August
2. Yi is looking into connectors for cooling tubes

Module assembly and testing
1. Andres mounted and wire-bond 8 APV chips onto the FST inner and outer 
hybrids. He was able to see signals from a few of them but not all. Will 
check the wire-bonds to see if there is any problem 
2. Michael will help Prithwish to go around the interlock on the IST crate in 
the BNL Physics building so that he can power up the crate

Simulation
1. The new FST geometry with complete structures is made by Te-Chuan. He will 
update the FST geometry to make it consistent with the latest design.
2. Te-Chuan met Krishan and gave him the codes for simulation. Expect 
follow-ups from Krishan to run these codes and provide feedbacks
