distances on the hybrids are even only <200 um. Perhaps.
Or was the question about the edges? Edges to edges may be more precise than
copper to edges or copper to copper.

p.s. I don't recall this was any kind of problem for IST, where the hybrids were
much larger. We should simply avoid relying on very tight tolerances for this.
