Dear all,

I am very sorry for missing the meeting. Obviously I should not have called 
for a remote meeting in the evening of the banquet of a workshop at a 
different time zone. Please accept my apology and kindly email your status 
reports to the list. 

3 Module Assembly at Fermilab - Zhenyu Ye
Fermilab technicians did the wire-bond test with the .58mm shift and did not 
have any problem during the first bonding (see the pictures from the link 
below). They indicated if we were to do second bonding that there could be a 
difficulty, i.e. remove some bonds and redo them. I don’t expect we need to 
do second bonding to the front-end pads (we did not do this for IST), 
therefore I told them that for the prototypes we will stay with the current 
positions, and can change for the production if we would find it is needed 
from prototype assembly. They are ok with this.
