Cooling system - Rahul
Bill met Jason during his visit for sPHENIX. Plan to order two pumps, 
controller, and leak lock. Will try to replace the pumps and controller, use 
leak lock to seal the cooling lines, and put a heat source at the end of the 
line and run for a couple of weeks. May be able to do this w/o Jason. 
John - what is the size of the cooling soft tube?
Yi - inner diameter 6.35 mm, 3 disks with 4 in and 4 out each

Integration - Rahul
Interviewing new designer 

BNL Irradiation facility service - Flemming
still under exploration   

Parts for UIC test stand - Flemming
parts are collected by Mike, Flemming prepared paperwork. May take a few more 
days to get approvals

Mechanical structures - Yi
The 2nd prototype was finished last Friday. will pick up tomorrow. This 2nd 
prototype does not have square hole in the middle of the outer wedge (Zhenyu: 
this may introduce a conflict with module assembly fixture at Fermilab. Yi: 
will double check. If so, will try to cut it off. May try to make a 3rd 
prototype before Friday)
Yi will bring both prototypes to National Taiwan University for optical 
survey. May send them to UIC on Friday or next Monday

Storage boxes - Yi
An external company made two storage boxes with acrylic last Friday
Another company is trying to make one using Aluminum. May be able to finish 
it next week. 

Testing of compatibility of soft tube with NOVEC - Yi
Company will come to NCKU lab on Wednesday to finish the procurement. The 
setup should be ready by Friday
