Hi Zhenyu,
I forgot to say that please wear gloves when you handle the modules since we did chroming on the tubes.
Cheers,

Mechanical structure - Yi
Two prototype modules measured at NTU. The RMS of the surfaces is around 250-450 microns. The deviation of the distance between the mounting hole and closest chip pad from its nominal value is 600 microns. They were sent to UIC and expect to arrive late this week. Plan to look into the possibility to use NTU bonding machine to glue hybrids onto mechanical structures. Will also ask AIDC to improve the
Action item: plot X-Y-Z of the data, find out the surface shape and maximum deviation.
Action item: provide a detailed document of the hybrid gluing and optical survey procedure for internal comments/review
Tracking and simulation - Krishan/Te-Chuan
Action item: Te-Chuan will check if the FST fast simulator works with the new FST geometry
Action item: Te-Chuan will transfer his knowledge in running FST simulation to Xu, Krishan and possibly a new student from NCKU.
Parts for UIC test stand - Flemming
Paperwork done. Expect to ship them out tomorrow or Wednesday
F2F meeting agenda:
Overview by Flemming or Zhenyu
Mechanical structure by Yi
Module assembly by Zhenyu
Cooling, integration by Rahul
Test-stand by Xu
