Hi Zhenyu,

About the hybrid, we need to focus on two things:
1. variation of thickness.
2. variation of pad distance

Based on the discussion, we just contacted with the two vendors.
The old vendor: The thickness variation of FPCB can be further reduced to +/-30μm by multiple adjusting the thickness of each layer. But it's hard for them to reduce the variation of pad distance.
The new vendor: The variation (+/-50μm) of the thickness is the limit they can do now. But for the variation of pad distance, by adjusting some parameters in their configuration files, it can be further reduced to 0.10% (currently 0.15%).

We will try to do the flatness test of the hybrid when we go back to SDU.

Please note that the Daylight Saving Time in the US starts on Sunday March 8, i.e., when US local standard time is about to reach Sunday, March 8, 2020, 2:00:00 am clocks are turned forward 1 hour to Sunday, March 8, 2020, 3:00:00 am local daylight time instead. This implies that the meeting will start one hour early if you are in Qingdao/Tainan.
