Dear all,

Elke asked about the impact on FST from corona virus and I mentioned four major components in the meeting. Please find the summary below and feel free to add what I missed: 

  

  - Sensor: we need to check with Hamamatsu, but we only expect to (hope) have small impact. (Zhenyu)

  - Mechanical structure: NCKU will be closed if we have one more confirmed case (just got the first one yesterday). However, the main parts are made by private companies (AIDC and Easton), so the impact should be small.  (Yi)

  - Hybrid PCB/T-Board: the impact will be large if the design needs to be modified since Jianing and Maowu probably can not go back to campus anytime soon. The production also might be delayed. Jianing should provide more information to us. (Jianing)

  - Connectors: we should place the order asap if we won't change the connector since the situation in France is not optimistic. One possibility is to do it through Taiwan's agent, but I don't have budget to do it. We need to make decision soon. (Zhenyu, Flemming, Jianing, Yi)
